ABOUT

Hey! I'm Melissa and I am the face behind Melissa Taylor Design. I am a graphic designer and illustrator based in County Armagh, Northern Ireland. I have a BDES in Design and studied at Magee, University of Ulster. From a young age I knew that being an artist was for me! Drawing pictures, colouring and being creative was always when I was at my happiest and could sit for hours. Thankfully, I can say I am doing what I LOVE! “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
 
I love using a mix of mediums in my artwork such as watercolour, inks, colouring pencils as well as digital. Nature is my biggest inspiration; florals, foliage and all the beautiful colours that you find within it. As well as being a colour lover I am passionate about exploring, traveling, buying flowers and houseplants (who doesn't LOVE a house plant) as well as a gorgeous puffy sleeve and the colour PINK.
